Taking photos for the webpage is teaching me a lot. White or yellow flowers are too bright if photographed in sunshine. Gloom is the photographer's friend, but not too much gloom. Against too much darkness, the camera over-compensates, and pale flowers become a blur - or am I learning the wrong messages?
